The bed was super comfy, which is always a plus! I liked the room decor, and the space was nice overall. The front desk staff were really helpful too. I had a good experience, but I can't believe I got a smoking room—I expected it to be gross, but it was worse. Smelled so strong! I had to buy spray just to deal with it. But if you forget about the smell, the rest was decent!

It was just a nice choice for a short break in Chico with good value for the cost. The staff was friendly and courteous, which made my late check-in smoother than expected. Make sure to check the phone in your room if you need a wake-up call.
