hallways are smelly, bathroom had hair in it. I was charged for two people when I was alone because online booking.
Close to freeway and to csu.
Nice hotel and good price.
The lady at the check-in was very unfriendly, unpleasant. She skope fast and with an impersonal tone. She sounded very annoyed and it seemed that she was doing us a favor.
Very friendly staff, always happy to help. Gave me great advice on everything I asked!
Wifi signal was poor and the breakfast was limited
Friendly staff who were able to give clear directions to the hotel and answer questions about area services. Pool was great, laundry room a plus.
No lift to 2nd or 3rd stories so you had to be able to climb stairs or have a first floor room. Outside was very noisy due to freeway across street (noise did not intrude indoors.)
It is easy on and off freeway access. It is quiet. The limited access to the motel through secure doors gives you a sense of added security.
The quality of the in room coffee was not to my taste.
Shower handle difficult to master
I must say, it was close to our destination. Our room was dingy, very old. It is in extreme need of some updating. The air did not work. The towels were so thin, they should have been thrown away years ago but we only had 2 of them, so we had to use them. When 2 people stay in 1 room they should have 2 glasses - we had one. We will not stay here again.
Quiet and clean.
I thought $143 for the room excessive.
Good value for the money
Room was to warm when I entered. I had to air it out.
The price, cleaniness and the breakfast.
Bed and pillows very comfortable.
Refrigerator in room didn't work. Breakfast shouldn't be called breakfast, cheesy excuse for one. Only 2 packets of real coffee in room. Hallway windows remain open and hall is freezing. You had to push on room door to close from inside, not automatically closing door. Didn't feel too safe in the location. Would have rather paid extra $ and book the Holiday Inn around the corner instead.
It was exactly what I expected - a clean, comfortable room for a decent price, and somewhat larger than I'd get from the competition. The desk clerk was no-nonsense and efficient, and everything I really needed was there.
At my end of the building (north), it was quite difficult to hook up to the free internet, and I wound up using Motel 6's connection instead. The coffee next morning wasn't great, but was acceptable. I would have liked an elevator because I have a bad knee, but I know I could have asked for a ground floor room if I'd booked earlier, so that's on me, I think.
the beds were very comfortable & had a good night sleep. Also the room that we had was very quiet, even though it was next to a freeway.
No walk-in shower. It is very hard for an older/elderly person to get into a tub and take a shower, as they are more likely to fall even when there is a bar on the wall to hang onto. I don't know of anyone that takes a bath...It is much easier to take a shower. Could have had more choices for breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, fruit, did have packaged bagels & muffins, but no packaged pastry, waffles, nor choices of teas.
It was available during the thanksgiving holiday - I booked in advance. The price was reasonable. The room was as clean as any I've stayed in and over the past several years, I've stayed in hotels/motels frequently on business and for pleasure. Staff - pleasant. Adequate nutritional meal for breakfast. Can't say enough asbout the cleanliness throughout the facility.
Because of the holiday, the dining area was a bit cramped. I did share a table with a couple of travellers and had a very nice conversation with my coffee and cereal.
